🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At FYNYX, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy, but with strict conditions to ensure genuine claims.

✅ Return Eligibility:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Product must be returned with original packaging and tags intact.

• No stains, perfume, or signs of use will be accepted.

📦 Mandatory – Open Box Delivery & Video Proof:

To be eligible for a return:

1. Customer must accept the product through Open Box Delivery.

2. A clear unboxing video must be recorded at the time of delivery.

• The video should show the sealed package, full unboxing, and any issue clearly.

⚠ Important:

• Without an unboxing video, return requests will be rejected.

• Unboxing video must be taken in front of the delivery person.

🕒 Same-Day Return Request Mandatory

To initiate a return:

• You must submit a return/exchange request on the same day of delivery.

• For example, if you receive the product on July 6, the return request must be raised on July 6 itself.

• Requests made after 1 day of delivery will not be accepted, even if you have a video.

• Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.

• The amount will be refunded to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer.

• Wrong size or wrong item? We offer one-time free exchange.

• If size change is based on customer preference, shipping charges may apply.
